Cancellation

At hyderliving.com, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please read the following policy:

  1. Cancellation window: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, your order may have already been shipped and you may be subject to a restocking fee.
  2. Cancellation process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@hyderint.com or 01484 531000 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  3. Refund policy: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If you cancel after 24 hours, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order cost.
  4. Restocking fee: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order cost. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
  5. Exceptions: Please note that some items, such as customized and bespoke items, may not be eligible for cancellation or return. In these cases, we will notify you at the time of purchase.
