We design, manufacture, and supply our products with the intention that issues should not occur. Every process is structured to minimise error, protect quality, and deliver consistency. However, we also recognise that we are human and that our products are handcrafted, not mass-produced.
On the rare occasion something does require attention, we act promptly, professionally, and transparently.

For queries outside of our standard working hours, please contact us via email, providing as much detail as possible. Your message will be reviewed and actioned as a priority on the next working day.
Our Resolution Process
Should an issue arise, our approach is always solution focused.
Depending on the nature of the concern, we may:
- Arrange for Furniture Medics to professionally assess the product
- Repair the affected area or component
- Replace or swap damaged or faulty parts where appropriate
All resolutions are carried out with the aim of restoring product performance, comfort, and appearance, while minimising inconvenience.
Handcrafted Products & Natural Characteristics
Our beds and mattresses are handcrafted products,made using high-quality materials designed to perform over time.
Mattress Settlement
All mattresses supplied by Hyder Living Company are rigorously tested and manufactured to allow for natural settlement. This is a normal and expected characteristic of premium mattresses, as they contour and respond to the body during use.
Settlement is not a fault it is a sign that the mattress is adapting to provide proper support and comfort.
