• Once your mattress/bed arrives, carefully remove all packaging materials.
• Place the mattress in a well-ventilated room and allow it to rest for a few hours. This helps it settle to room temperature and encourages airflow through the materials.
• It’s normal for memory foam mattresses to have a slight odour after unpacking.
  This is harmless and should fade within a few days. Keeping the room ventilated will help speed up the process.

• A brand-new mattress may feel a little different at first. Give your body some time to adjust, it’s perfectly normal.
• Some natural settlement may occur as the mattress layers adapt to your body.
  This is expected and part of the normal bedding in process.

Taking good care of your mattress will help it last longer and perform at its best:

• Rotate Regularly: Rotate your mattress every few weeks during the first few months, then every 3–6 months thereafter. This helps prevent uneven wear and compression.
• Let It Breathe: Air your mattress weekly to promote airflow and keep it fresh.
• Use a Supportive Base: Always place your mattress on a suitable bed base that can support its weight.
• Clean Gently: For cleaning, avoid harsh chemicals or detergents. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Do not vacuum the mattress, as this can disturb the internal fillings.
• Handle Spills Promptly: If spills occur, blot them immediately to reduce the risk of stains or odours.
• Protect Your Investment: A mattress topper is recommended. It adds an extra layer of comfort, protects against spills, and extends the life of your mattress.
• Avoid Damage: Please avoid jumping or placing heavy, focused pressure on the edges. This can cause unnecessary wear and reduce the mattress’s lifespan.

Do not remove the fire safety label.

• Do not bend, roll, or store your mattress on its side, always keep it flat.
• Please note: Returns are not accepted once the plastic packaging has been removed.
