At Hyder Living Company, every product is supplied with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity of our materials and construction.

This warranty is designed to provide reassurance, transparency, and long-term value for our retail, trade, and contract partners.

Should anything go wrong, our 24-month warranty covers defects arising from:

• Manufacturing workmanship
• Structural integrity of the product
• Materials used in production

This applies to our full product range, including beds, divans, ottomans, and headboards, when used in accordance with intended purpose and care guidance.

• Manufacturing defects present at the point of supply
• Structural faults resulting from production processes
• Failures in components supplied and assembled by Hyder Living Company

All claims are assessed fairly and professionally, with the aim of resolving issues promptly and responsibly.

To ensure clarity and fairness, the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper handling, storage, or installation by third parties
• Modifications or repairs carried out without prior authorisation
• Accidental damage or user-related mishaps

Products must be used in line with their intended residential, hospitality, or contract application.

Where a valid warranty claim is identified, Hyder Living Company will, at its discretion:

• Repair the affected product, or
• Replace the product or component, or
• Provide an appropriate remedy aligned with the original supply agreement
